NJ Marriage Equality Decision Due Wednesday

Lambda Legal:

The New Jersey Supreme Court is expected to issue an opinion in Lambda Legal's case seeking marriage for same-sex couples in New Jersey tomorrow [Wednesday, October 25th] afternoon.


The group will hold a 5:00pm press conference following the historic ruling. The ruling itself is expected shortly after 3:00pm. Some are pessimistic, theorizing a ruling before national elections bodes poorly for Lesbians and Gays seeking equality. I'll hope for the best and will simply wait for the decision.
