Wow, I didn't realize heavy stuff like that was going dwon at Morehouse. It's definitely time to mobilize the local gay community there. Has there been much press on this, perhaps in the local (or even regional or national) GLBT press? This is absolutely ridiculous, and makes my blood boil.
PatCH: there's been plenty of regional press and PlanetOut, 365gay.com and other Queer news resources have reported on the incident and the subsequent ignorance and intolerance of Morehouse.
There has been some discussion on an email list I belong to (LGBTPOC). Prime has been keeping us informed.
Only time will tell if something constructive will result from the attack and the clamp down on information.

Thanks for those two articles Ray — I've edited the links, and have allowed for html in commenting. I've been reading up on the developing story for almost two weeks now. With the "War on Terror," you'd think the military would use common sense and allow these service members to serve their country. It's especially vital that we retain all qualified personnel given the recent warnings and indictaions that a massive attack may be perpetrated by al Qaida.
Will we never learn?
